to slow things down Like a short stop, catcher, or even a, oh let`s see... Pitching Coach, or that guy in the dugout that looks like Steve Sentell.... Coaches are brain dead, and players are over their heads..

Thats one of the reasons I stopped watching baseball years ago. salary cap, but if you go over, just pay a fine.
I would pull for the Iraqy or Russian nationals over the yanks.
