Goodyear not coming back next year,Last Touring Race Being Cancelled, Lee Cooper Being Champion, Mike Peghlers Rings, Who the engine builder was, lab results on tires at nationals. Instead you dodge these things to start a thread about 602's. Come on now .

The Pegher-Heintz Bros. is a prickly situation but you would think they would put Pegher's DQ on the Fastrak website. But there is no mention of it there. They should at least come out with a preliminary statement to stop all the rumors.

I'm sure they know some of these things like , Goodyear not coming back , If last touring race was cancelled and if Lee Cooper is Champ. I have saw these addressed in other forums and threads by Goodyear and Lee's Wife . It would just appear better if you saw it first from Fastrak. Bad PR IMO.

We have been out of town for meetings concerning a lot of these items.

The answer it on 4m about Peghers engine.

Lee Cooper is the champion and deserves a press release that is not engulfed by all of this negative junk about a engine. It will be released appropiately. Teams had to be called personally about the last touring race being cancelled. It has to be fair to everyone. Some teams had to get back to us. That was their right. We didn't cancel the race, the track did.

There was a meeting about tires this weekend at Lowes. That will be announced this week.

Moving as fast as we can. Lots of things going on right now. Doing things correctly is not always as simple as it might seem. Some things are out of our control.

We appreciate your being concerned about all of these things.
